Appointments

Sessions are scheduled by appointment and are 45-50 minutes in length for individual therapy and 55-60 minutes for couple therapy.

Hours: Monday – Thursday 9:00am - 6:00pm

All of our services are available via telehealth for clients residing in Oregon.

Charles is not accepting new clients at this time.

Professional Fees

Initial Appointment: $325

Individual Psychotherapy: $233 for 50 min.

Couple Psychotherapy: $293 for 60 min.

Consultation for Therapists: $204 for 45 min.

Billing and Insurance

Clients are billed on a monthly basis and the balance on your account is payable in full each month. If you decide to use your insurance benefits, you will be provided with a monthly statement that can be submitted to your insurance company. Payments from insurers will be sent directly to you. In order to obtain benefits from an insurer, you must meet the criteria for a psychiatric diagnosis. Some insurance plans may require preauthorization before psychotherapy starts.

Charles and Jamie are not in network providers for any insurance, PPO, HMO, Medicaid, or Medicare plan. Many insurance plans have some coverage for out-of-network providers.

Finding a Good Therapist

We're committed to helping people find a good therapist. If you are interested in our approach but can't afford our fees, please don't hesitate to contact us. We have been training therapists in both individual and couple therapy for over 30 years and would be happy to recommend therapists who offer lower fees.
