Appointments

Sessions are scheduled by appointment and are 45-50 minutes in length for individual therapy and 50-75 minutes for couple therapy.

Hours: Monday - Thursday 9:00am - 6:00pm

Professional Fees

Initial Appointment: $250
Individual Psychotherapy: $180
Couple Psychotherapy: $195 for 50 min. / $230 for 60 min. / $290 for 75 min.
Consultation for Professionals: $180

We're committed to helping people find a good therapist. If you are interested in our approach but can't afford our fees, please don't hesitate to contact us. We have been training therapists in both individual and couple therapy for over 20 years and would be happy to recommend therapists who offer lower fees.

Billing and Insurance

Clients are billed on a monthly basis and the balance of your account is payable in full each month. If you provide insurance information, your primary insurance company will be billed at the end of the month. Please be aware that in order to bill your insurance company you must meet the criteria for a psychiatric diagnosis. Some insurance plans require preauthorization before psychotherapy starts.

Charles and Jamie are not contracted providers with any insurance plans. Many insurance plans have coverage for out-of-network providers.
